Prefabricated shelters
Edilsider's prefabricated shelters come in four distinct high quality series, each designed to accommodate a broad range of requirements: 501, 1001, 2001 and the Grand Desert series.
Originally designed to satisfy the needs of the construction and emergency relief industries, the high quality, adaptability, easy of modification (both inside and outside) and competitive pricing, make Edilsider's shelters appropriate for a wide range of circumstances.
Shelters can be delivered partially flat packed, especially when exported, thus considerably saving on shipping costs.
501 Series
The 501 Series are ideally suited for construction and drilling camps, where they can be utilised as offices, living quarters, changing rooms and toilet facilities: all in all, the ultimate compromise between quality and price.
1001 Series
The 1001 Series have been designed to take as little space as possible during shipping and are so compact that four units can fit into the space usually needed for a single shelter. Particularly easy to assemble, another key feature of the 1001 Series is the roof self-ventilation system which protects the building from both the intense heat during hot season and from condensation during the cold season.
2001 Series
The 2001 Series are the result of over four decades of experience. With over 30,000 manufactured units worldwide, this shelter has proven itself in an extremely broad range of requirements, from the hot desert of Algeria and the humid forests of Nigeria to the cold climate of Siberia, Iceland and North Kazakhstan.
Grand Desert Series
The Grand Desert Series has been designed to be used under extreme field conditions, where the needs for reliability, sturdiness and resistance are paramount. The Grand Desert Series are ideal for oil drilling camps, where constant relocation takes a heavy toll on both the structures and the fittings inside. This series have a structure made entirely of steel, where all sections are welded to one another.
