LGV Engineering Co. Ltd. is the exclusive representative in Asia for Edilsider's low cost, modular housing technology. While low-income household units are in strong demand throughout the Southeast Asian region, the supply remains very modest, with many manufacturers and developers still working with conventional construction systems such as concrete.

Edilsider's products utilize a modular system that brings together different materials to form a composite wall-panel. While the system is new, the technology and materials used are not. Comprised of light concrete, galvanized steel, gypsum, wood and insulation materials, a completed composite wall of 15-20 cm. in thickness provides the desired robustness while remaining a very light panel.

As a result of combining their expertise with a highly-automated manufacturing process, Edilsider's costs are drastically reduced while the desired level of quality is maintained.
